随着美国疫情持续蔓延之势,UPS和FedEx早前已相继减少提货量,部分地区甚至已经通知暂停收货。再加上海外爆仓,卖家大量备货,尾程发货的延误,已经导致仓库出货时效下降,库内货物堆积,进而引发入库上架延迟等一系列问题。
 
日前有卖家表示,洛杉矶FedEx最大的物流集散中心可能发生了群体感染,预计将停运一周。目前该物流中心已经积压了500-1000条货柜。如果停运,将一定程度影响GIGA西岸的发货业务。
自洛杉矶停止居家令之后,跨境电商卖家的发货量,迎来一个新的高峰,而对于跨境电商物流来说,似乎也看到了喘口气的希望。由于亚马逊最早限制进仓后,大量的货物,开始发往美国,囤在海外仓,这个时间,接近一个月,在海外仓即将崩溃的时候,亚马逊传来可以建仓的好消息。于是普大喜奔,卡车,快递一时间齐齐上阵,那段时间,经常看到卡车公司通宵加班出货,快递也因为瞬时的大货,也出现宕机,派送扫描时效一直不是非常理想,这种情况一直延续到现在。
亚马逊在7月中旬,终于再次宣布限制建仓,这部分主要按库存绩效分来区别对待,不像第一次一样,一刀切。虽然没有一刀切,但是卖家和物流的忧伤并没有停止。
眼下,卖家最担心的是入仓问题。由于货物积压严重,部分货物已排队一两个月等待入仓。有卖家表示,本月8号发往美国的货物,物流消息已经停更,无法确认是否派送成功;也有7号已签收,但至今仍未接收的红单。在所有仓库中,FTW1的情况看似最严重。多位卖家吐槽“断货了还没入库”,一位卖家排队近两个月货物仍未上架后直言:“FTW1有毒!7月1日的海运上架了,6月1日的快递还不知道在哪个角落呆着。”而从业内海外仓发出的仓库现场视频来看,FTW1已经被卡车围得水泄不通。
美国的经济重启,让大家都忘记了美国还是疫情非常严重的地区之一,在7月份,感染人数持续上升,单日破8万的时候,我们对于美国的担忧,不仅仅是物流的派送,更担忧的是,在如此高的失业率下, 美国人民是否还能保持比较旺盛的购买力?
海外动态盘点
1、快递方面
UPS和FEDEX,之前海派, 都会整柜直接送到快递公司收货站点,由UPS或者FEDEX卸货后,扫描上网,最后完成派送,但是现在,UPS和FEDEX已经拒绝直送,即使偶尔有人直送了,那等待他们卸货的感觉,有如忘穿秋水,一般至少等一周,他们才会卸完。
 
最让人啼笑皆非的是,最后你交到洛杉矶UPS站点的柜子,会突然消失,然后最后经过调查,有到了休斯顿的,有到了达拉斯的,基本上已经过去半个月,而对于物流上来说,一天150美金的柜租,乘以10几天,等于在仓库拆了个柜。
现在基本上都必须预约UPS或者FEDEX,而且基本上一天保证一车也已经不错了,但是对于海外仓来说,一车无异于杯水车薪, 所以最近卖家对物流渠道的寻找,达到了一个顶峰,最直接的显示就是7月16-18日的跨境电商展上,很多物流商说效果不错,咨询的人很多,也正这种情况,加剧了近期物流市场的动荡。
现在的快递的状态,基本是好一点的,在仓库等个3天,不好的,等个一周,快递提走后,再等个3-4天扫描上网,开始转运。
网上热传的,亚马逊的一些仓库拒收FEDEX的货,其实是不太准确的,正确的解读应该是FEDEX的大量的柜子积压在亚马逊的卸货平台,亚马逊缺乏足够的人手卸货,造成托架和柜子积压,只是要求FEDEX。
2、卡车方面
由于快递的摇摆,当UPS派送不动的时候,大家会选择FEDEX,然后FEDEX也瘫了的时候,大家会安排卡派,事实上,除开加州的仓库,以及比较大的一些卡车专线仓库外。
其他的仓库,快递可能还是一个比较好的选择,比如MDW系列,FTW系列,ABE系列、CLT系列,这些是卡车有直达的,货量比较集中的,但是对于那些不集中的,FBA卡车专线很少开起来的一些仓库,很多卖家如果不了解美国的卡车派送的方式,可能会掉入另外一个坑。
 
这些没有常规开起专线的卡车,如果用卡车派送只能选择传统老美的零担公司,如果通俗的理解,就是中国的德邦一样的,他们需要把货集齐,沿路一直上下货,如果你的货是去ABE8,他们会把货送到纽约的集散中心,然后再和亚马逊预约派送时间,在常规时候,这个没问题,亚马逊一般会给到4-7天内进去。
但是现在,基本上都是在3周之后,所以最近很多卖家反馈,他们的货,等了几周都进不去,很大的原因,这也是其中之一,所以很多时候,我会建议我们的卖家朋友,对于非主仓的运输,如果可以用快递,虽然会延误一周,但是比起后面等待预约时间来说,时效还是要好很多。
总体来说,洛杉矶的FBA卡车公司,基本上7*24小时干,也接不过单来,运力不可能在短期大规模扩张,最重要的是司机也比较紧缺,这也进一步加剧运力的失衡。
3、码头方面
最近很多卖家反馈,物流商反馈,柜子在码头提的很慢,提的慢的原因,90%的原因是海外仓爆仓,另外10%确实是码头的问题,比如APL的码头,很多时候需要等到LAST FREE DAY才能提,有时候夸张的时候,过了LFD(最后免堆存费日期)才提出来。
对于海外仓来说,目前大部分都已经没有足够的场地和人员来拆柜,只能让货柜在码头先放着,一直等到最后免堆期那天才去提,提到之后到仓库,还是没空间拆怎么办?
一般柜子提离码头之后,船公司会给3天的免费用箱时间,海外仓就只能把柜子先放托架上,继续利用这个免费用箱时间来等待仓库拆箱,这个带来的影响主要在以下几个方面:
时效延误比较严重,基本上都在7-10天;
托架紧缺;
船公司的空箱资源紧缺,因为大部分船公司,从国外回来,都是调空箱回来,所以最近很多国内物流商会发现,拖车去提空柜的时候,经常缺柜子或者老是产生异地提空箱的费用。
4、亚马逊仓库问题
这是令所有卖家爱恨交织的问题,现在卖家普遍反应的就是接收慢,上架速度慢。对于物流商来说,最痛苦的就是亚马逊频频更改进仓时间,最近比较过分的几个仓库,基本上以LGB8、FTW1为主,LAX9目前也有一定的影响,一位海外卡车行在群里晒出的照片,LGB8的送仓时间,直接从7月24日,推迟到9月2日!
延迟送仓,不仅仅让卖家痛苦不堪,大量的货积压在路上,占用大量资金,同时对物流上而言,海外仓也是越堆越满。
到目前为止,没有哪个海外仓或者物流会给客户一个方案---囤货到海外仓,现在的真实的情况是,洛杉矶的第三方海外仓,基本上已经爆仓或者正在爆仓的路上,纽约的稍微好点,这意味着在3月份亚马逊停止创建货件,大量的海外仓免费让客人囤一个月三个月的方案,在这次亚马逊限制建仓的情况下,已经不能再用这个替代性的方案来解决。
在6月份,美国CDC的数据预测,美国Q3/Q4的感染人数还是会迎来一个高峰,现在的美国的最新数据,也确实验证了之前预测的准确性。
物流现状应对及引发担忧
按照目前的速度,从货量来看,海运才是大头,现在面临进仓问题的柜子,基本上都还只是6月中旬从国内出发的,真正面临压力的是6月下旬到7月上旬出发的柜子,所以我们预计在8月中旬,整个尾端的物流体系将承受极大的压力,不排除更加混乱的可能。
当尾端配送迟迟不更新的时候,国内卖家等的心急,不少卖家每天都会刷新物流信息却得不到更新状态。如此下去断货是必然的。业内有货代建议鉴于目前形势停止发货,如果要发货,现在能发则尽量早发。如果停止发货,意味着在接下来,可能面临快递红单补货或者空派补货的可能性大增,成本也会增加更多。关键是快递派送时效慢,很可能花更多钱也达不到预期的目标。
当前美国的疫情加重,累计确诊病例已经超过400万。这只疫情黑天鹅如今仍有很多未知因素,不知道疫情战线会拉多长,不知道物流何时恢复?对于主做美国站的中小卖家来说,不知道有多少人能熬过去,等到雨过天晴。
