规范性文件审查专家主要职责是对聊城市规范性文件的合法性进行审查， 并参与指派的重大行政方案的合法性论证。

此次共聘请了16名专家，是从聊城全市范围内层层选拔而来，都是聊城法律界知名的专家、学者、律师。

商昌国董事长是资深律师，聊城市仲裁委员会仲裁员，经常代理重大、疑难、复杂的案件，既有很深的法学理论功底，又有丰富的法庭辩论经验。

Appointed as an expert in reviewing regulatory documents by the Liaocheng Justice Bureau

 

 

The main responsibility of the regulatory document review experts is to review the legality of Liaocheng’s regulatory documents and participate in the legality demonstration of the assigned major administrative plan.

A total of 16 experts were hired this time. They were selected from various levels within the city, and they are all well-known experts, scholars, and lawyers in the legal field of Liaocheng.

Chairman Shang Changguo is a senior lawyer and an arbitrator of the Liaocheng Arbitration Commission. He often represents major, difficult, and complex cases. He has deep legal theory and rich experience in court debates.
