9月23日，为助力临清特色产业带与跨境电商融合发展，帮助企业多元化开拓国际市场，壮大我省跨境电商主体规模，山东特色产业带跨境电商培育行动（聊城临清站）如期举办。本次活动以“产业+跨境融合新发展”为主题，由山东省商务厅指导，聊城市商务局和投资促进局、山东省跨境电子商务协会主办，临清市商务局、烟店镇人民政府、协会聊城代表处（聊城鸿远国际贸易有限公司）承办，聊城市商务和投资促进局副局长王凌峰、聊城市商务和投资促进局外贸科科长郭凌飞、临清市政府二级调研员王庆瑞、临清市烟店镇党委书记于繁昌、临清市商务和投资促进局党组成员、副局长张绍山、山东省跨境电子商务协会副秘书长尹荣辉、协会聊城代表处总经理侯敏等领导及临清轴承特色产业企业、外贸企业、跨境电商企业代表参加活动。

上午，跨境电商主题培训会召开。临清市政府二级调研员王庆瑞、聊城市商务和投资促进局副局长王凌峰、山东省跨境电子商务协会副秘书长尹荣辉出席并致辞。

培训会邀请亚马逊全球开店、eBay、Facebook、Google等全球知名跨境电商平台官方讲师针对轴承产业带分享平台新政策及行业运营技巧，助力临清跨境电商生态发展，Payoneer讲师介绍跨境电商卖家支付的安全和合规。

The training session invited official lecturers of Amazon global stores, eBay, Facebook, Google and other global well-known cross-border e-commerce platforms to share new policies and industrial operation skills of the platform for the bearing industry belt, to help the ecological development of cross-border e-commerce in Linqing. Payoneer lecturers introduced the security and compliance of cross-border e-commerce seller payments.

下午，由临清市商务和投资促进局党组成员、副局长张绍山和烟店镇政府党委委员、副镇长王绍军带领省跨境电商协会会员单位代表、跨境电商平台代表、卖家代表等组成的考察团到山东华工轴承有限公司、山东苏乐曼康进出口有限公司、连城智造小镇轴承产业园、山东省宇捷轴承制造有限公司参观考察，深入了解轴承产业带。

最后，考察团与临清轴承行业重点企业举行座谈交流会，面对面解答企业的问题，参会嘉宾热烈讨论交流。2022年以来，国际贸易环境持续变化，如何稳住市场份额、拓展中高端国际市场，成为摆在企业面前的难题。希望本次活动能够为临清轴承特色产业企业提供出海新思路新方法，助力小轴承“转”出致富路。

Finally, the delegation held a symposium with key enterprises in the bearing industry of Linqing to answer the problems of enterprises face to face, and the guests at the symposium had a warm discussion and exchange.
