2022年8月11日上午，以“开启中非合作新纪元”为愿景的吉布提自贸区“聊城制造”跨境电商展销中心货物首发仪式在山东临清内陆港成功举办。聊城市商务和投资促进局副局长王凌峰、外贸科科长郭凌飞、临清市商务和投资促进局局长朱荣光，招商局港口集团市场商务部执行总经理韩志强、高级经理刘富强及参展企业代表等共约40余人出席活动。王凌峰在仪式致辞时指出，在传统贸易方式不断受到新冠肺炎疫情和复杂国际形势冲击的背景

王凌峰在仪式致辞时指出，在传统贸易方式不断受到新冠肺炎疫情和复杂国际形势冲击的背景下，跨境电商、海外仓等外贸新业态的发展正当其时。下一步，市商务投资促进局将借助与招商局控股吉布提公司合作发展的机遇，充分发挥聊城的产业优势和招商局集团资源整合优势，构建全方位合作机制，将吉布提“聊城制造”跨境电商展销中心打造成为助力聊城产品跨洋出海的重要平台。

韩志强表示，招商局港口积极践行“一带一路”倡议，招商局港口愿以“聊城制造”吉布提展示中心为翘板，持续撬动“聊城制造”对非贸易流量，同时形成可复制的经验模式，进一步使“聊城制造”走进南亚、东南亚及南美经济圈。

作为外贸新业态代表企业，山东新腾威进出口有限公司代表发言时表达了对“聊城制造”吉布提展示中心的热切期盼，希望可以借助海外展示中心平台打开东非市场。

本次发运的展品主要来自聊城当地30余家优势产业。展品分为纺织、家电、家居、建材、食品、养殖设备、农用机械、汽车零部件、工业配套等民用及商用共十大类产品。发运仪式的举办标志着招商局港口与聊城市政府合作打造的吉布提自贸区“聊城制造”跨境电商展销中心取得了阶段性成果。自今年3月签署合作框架协议以来，招商局港口集团吉布提公司与聊城商务和投资促进局密切配合，经过半年多的积极推动，终于在今天基本实现项目落地。本次推动落地的展示中心项目将为聊城企业建立一个平台和窗口，结合跨境电商业务和DJimart电商平台的线上线下联动模式，以“跨境电商+前展后仓”模式，借助成熟的国际营销网络，助力企业成功实现借仓出海，从而开启聊城与非洲贸易合作新纪元。

In the next step, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Investment Promotion will take advantage of the opportunity of cooperation and development with China Merchants Holding Djibouti Company, give full play to the industrial advantages of Liaocheng and the advantages of China Merchants Group's resource integration, build an all-round cooperation mechanism, and integrate Djibouti's "Made in Liaocheng" cross-border electricity. The exhibition and sales center has become an important platform to help Liaocheng products go overseas.

Han Zhiqiang said that China Merchants Port is actively implementing the "Belt and Road" initiative, and China Merchants Port is willing to use the "Made in Liaocheng" Djibouti Exhibition Center as a rocker to continue to leverage the "Made in Liaocheng" trade flow to Africa, and at the same time form a replicable experience model , and further make "Made in Liaocheng" enter the economic circle of South Asia, Southeast Asia and South America.

As a representative enterprise of new foreign trade, the representative of Shandong Xintengwei Import and Export Co., Ltd. expressed his eager expectation for the "Made in Liaocheng" Djibouti Exhibition Center, hoping to open the East African market with the help of the overseas exhibition center platform.

The exhibits shipped this time are mainly from more than 30 local advantageous industries in Liaocheng. The exhibits are divided into ten categories of civilian and commercial products, such as textiles, home appliances, home furnishing, building materials, food, breeding equipment, agricultural machinery, auto parts, and industrial accessories. The holding of the shipping ceremony marks the phased achievement of the "Made in Liaocheng" cross-border e-commerce exhibition center in the Djibouti Free Trade Zone jointly built by China Merchants Port and the Liaocheng Municipal Government. Since the signing of the cooperation framework agreement in March this year, China Merchants Port Group Djibouti Company has cooperated closely with the Liaocheng Commerce and Investment Promotion Bureau. After more than half a year of active promotion, the project has finally been basically implemented today. The exhibition center project promoted this time will establish a platform and window for Liaocheng enterprises, combining the online and offline linkage mode of cross-border e-commerce business and DJimart e-commerce platform. With the help of a mature international marketing network, it helps enterprises to successfully borrow warehouses and go overseas, thus opening a new era of trade cooperation between Liaocheng and Africa.
