跨境电商已成为国际贸易发展的新趋势、开放型经济发展的新动能。山东省委常委、常务副省长曾赞荣在致辞中表示，该省将深入推进“放管服”改革，加快建设智能、高效、畅通的现代流通体系，加强大数据、区块链、人工智能等新技术应用，不断提升跨境电商全产业链协同发展水平，推动全省跨境电商发展实现新跃升。

山东将从各方面给予跨境电商政策支持，实现互利共赢。“希望广大企业加快模式与技术创新，着力培育自主品牌，开拓国际市场，近年来，山东跨境电商保持高速增长，成为扩大开放的新引擎、新动力。山东利贸通将结合跨境电商企业发展需要，充分发挥服务作用，助力山东“跨境电商跃升计划”实施。

当天，与与会代表聚焦海外仓运营与创新、供应链金融、海外仓布局、卖家海外仓需求、跨境电商人才培育等方面，建立了联系将共话跨境电商发展机遇。

Cross-border e-commerce has become a new trend in the development of international trade and a new driving force for the development of an open economy. Zeng Zanrong, member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and executive vice governor, said in his speech that the province will further promote the reform of "decentralization, management and services", accelerate the construction of an intelligent, efficient and smooth modern circulation system, and strengthen big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc. The application of new technologies has continuously improved the level of coordinated development of the entire industry chain of cross-border e-commerce, and promoted the development of cross-border e-commerce in the province to achieve a new leap.
Shandong will provide policy support for cross-border e-commerce from all aspects to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. "I hope that the majority of enterprises will accelerate model and technological innovation, focus on cultivating independent brands, and develop international markets. In recent years, Shandong cross-border e-commerce has maintained rapid growth and has become a new engine and new driving force for opening up. Shandong Limaotong will combine cross-border e-commerce. To meet the development needs of commercial enterprises, give full play to the role of services and help the implementation of Shandong's "Cross-border E-commerce Jump Plan".
On the same day, the participants focused on overseas warehouse operation and innovation, supply chain finance, overseas warehouse layout, sellers' overseas warehouse demand, and cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation, etc., and established contacts to discuss cross-border e-commerce development opportunities.
