14日下午，中国机电进出口商会、聊城市商务和投资促进局共同举办“中国境外园区（海外仓）助推聊城企业开拓国际市场对接洽谈会”，聊城鸿远国际贸易服务有限公司协办，聊城市商务和投资促进局局长张银东、副局长王凌峰，副局长王兆坤、以及中国机电产品进出口商会党委书记、会长张钰晶、中国机电产品进出口商会投资部主任盛国飞、中国机电产品进出口商会投资部总监仲军维参加对接洽谈，参加对接洽谈会的还有中国机电产品进出口商会的优秀会员单位境外园区的负责人、聊城鸿远国际贸易服务有限公司总经理侯敏及聊城机电行业29家企业代表。

机电商会会长张钰晶出席并讲话，他首先介绍了商会的主要职责，并指出聊城市机电产业具有鲜明的特点和较为完备的产业基础，下一步将积极支持聊城机电企业与商会、央企海外园区等的对接，最大限度实现资源信息共享。市商务投资促进局局长张银东介绍了聊城外贸情况和机电产品的进出口情况，对机电商会给与聊城企业的支持表示感谢，并就下一步各方合作提出了意见建议。境外园区代表分别做了推介，29家聊城机电企业参加活动并同与会央企境外园区代表进行了互动。

聊城市商务和投资促进局副局长王凌峰做会后总结，新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来，给企业海外项目带来的现实困难，希望聊城企业借助中国机电产品进出口商会平台为契机，推动上下游企业抱团出海，深化国际产业合作的内涵和效益。扩大自主品牌和产品国际影响力。
