7月11日下午，市工业和信息化局以“发挥志愿服务专业力量助力中小企业健康发展”为主题召开聊城市中小企业专家志愿服务队成立大会。

据了解，为落实《工业和信息化部办公厅民政部办公厅关于开展志愿服务促进中小企业发展的指导意见》以及聊城市委经济工作会议工作任务分工，市工信局决定依托市中小企业公共服务中心，集中优势专业力量成立聊城市中小企业专家志愿服务队，充分发挥社会力量作用，按照自愿、无偿、平等、诚信、合法的原则，构建一支熟政策、精法律、懂技术、会管理、肯奉献、乐助企的高水平专家志愿服务队伍。聊城鸿远国际贸易服务有限公司总经理侯敏被聘任为聊城市中小企业专家志愿服务队专家

　　会议要求，要提高站位认识，今年志愿服务工作要比以往更要结合企业实际，尤其是针对疫情影响这一特殊情况，为企业排忧解难，尽全力帮企业度过难关。来自各行各业的专家，要扎根聊城，服务聊城，奉献聊城。要为中小企业无偿提供政策、法律、金融、管理、技术、创新创业等方面的咨询和个性化解决方案，推动中小企业加快复工达产和转型升级，实现高质量发展。要严密工作措施，创新服务模式。市中小企业公共服务中心，要持续推介优秀专业服务机构，对接各类服务资源，为形成规模稳定、人员相对固定的专家队伍提供组织保障。定期搜集中小企业服务需求，精准对接志愿服务专家，为志愿服务队提供交通、设施等软硬件支持。要“一企一策”提供精准服务。对不同群体、不同行业的中小企业提供差异化服务和个性化解决方案，围绕“企业文化建设”、“品牌形象提升”、“营销体系建设”“现场规范化管理”“法律服务保障”几大版块开展公益跟踪式指导。要市县联动，做好服务保障。各县(市、区)工信系统在对接企业需求上，一定要本着认真负责的态度，当好企业的娘家人，要认真组织推荐志愿服务企业，同时做好志愿服务队开展活动的协助工作。
