侯总:外贸并没有大家想象的那么难,实际就是把货物卖给国外客户的交易。对初创型企业来说,痛点就是没有客户,不了解市场,需要第一桶金的认可!所以通过多年服务客户的经验,我简单跟大家聊聊国际贸易的开展。
一是要建立独立网站,做谷歌推广。需要一个符合国外客户浏览习惯和体现自己特点的英语、西班牙语、德语、葡萄牙语、俄语等多种语言兼容的独立网站。
二是要主动出击开发客户。利用大数据分析了解产品的国外市场行情以及目前国内自行产品的出口行情,使用主动出击的方式开发国外客户。
三是国内外参展。为积极应对当前国际经济环境变化,对外贸发展带来的新挑战和新机遇,引导企业大力开拓多元化国际市场,进一步优化国际市场布局,山东省商务厅制订了境外百展市场开拓计划,可以参加产品对应市场的展会。百展计划分为A类展会、B类展会和C类展会,政府大力支持企业走出去发展,对于不同类别的展会政府给予展会补贴,A类展会补贴90%,B类展会补贴80%,C类展会补贴50%以上,借助政府给予的补贴政策,大力拓展海外市场。

侯总:进出口一般流程为:买家询价,协商一致后签订合同;收取外汇,生产备货;联系货代,租船订舱;安排物流,货物进仓;制作报关资料,委托报关;货物开船后,给国外客户制作目的港清关单据,开具增值税发票,办理退税。
外贸注意事项:
1.订舱:
 订舱时间:一般在发货之前一周订舱
 截单时间:,就是在这个时间之前务必把提单信息确认好,注意美国欧洲国家截单时间早。
 截港时间:一般在开船日期的前2天,在这个时间之前送货到场站。
  截关时间:一般在开船日期的前1-2天,一般为最晚报关时间。
2.商检:(是否商检取决于产品商检编码海关的监管条件)
   时间:在发货前准备商检+船期前的4天左右做好商检。
   数据:大于或者等于报关数据。 
3.报关注意事项
报关的基本条件:  运抵报告 +仓单
运抵报告---是货物运到场站之后,船公司发送货物集港的信息,一般在开船前的1-2天有这个运抵报告  
舱单---货代负责提交舱单信息,一般在船开前3天。
报关如实申报,重量和货值允许误差在5%范围之内。
报关品名,成交单位,增值税发票保持一致,报关货源地保持和增值税开票人所在地一致 
报关委托注意事项:报关之前提前与海关关区签约,提前发起报关委托。
年报注意事项:所有有进出口权的企业在每年的6月30日前进行网上申报海关年报,过期导致无法办理进出口报关业务。
公司信息变更注意事项:如果公司营业执照的公司名称、地址、法人等信息变更,请在自变更之日起30个工作日内要完成对外贸易备案登记表、海关信息的变更。
4.外汇和退税注意事项:所收外汇和报关金额允许有5%的误差;增值税发票开票品名,成交单位,产品规格,保持和报关单一致。

侯总:在中美贸易关系紧张的情形下,一带一路沿线国家出口数据亮眼 。一带一路沿线共65个国家,中国制造是很多国家的刚需。
据海关统计显示,一季度我国与“一带一路”沿线国家外贸进出口2万亿元,同比增长7.8%,比重提升1.1个百分点,从月度数据来看,3月份外贸数据也非常的亮眼,超预期。三月份,我国外贸进出口2.46万亿元,增长9.6%,有力拉动了一季度外贸整体增速的回升。其中出口是1.34万亿元,大幅度增长了21.3%,4月12日,海关总署公布数据,今年一季度我国外贸进出口总值是7.01万亿元人民币,比去年同期增长了3.7%。其中,出口3.77万亿元,增长6.7%,进口3.24万亿元,增长0.3%,贸易顺差有所扩大。 所以外贸企业应着力于一带一路沿线国家进出口业务的拓展。

    外贸成交方式有电汇、信用证、赊销等,很多客户不懂信用证,觉得麻烦就让国外客户更改成交方式甚至会失去订单,但在国外,能开出信用证的客户都是优质客户,且订单数额较大,信用证可以代理交单,就是把信用证交给代理机构进行制单交单。 
原产地证明书,又称作产地证,与中国签有协定的国家享受关税减免政策,是国外客户清关的单据之一。一般可由海关签发,或贸促会签发。
